25th SEA Games 2009 – Ciara Grace Laodenio (Philippines) – Pre-Closing Entertainment
To God be all glory and honor. He favored me to sing in SEA Games even if I only have 5 days left for preparation before the actual event. – I only knew I was to sing 5 days before the actual day and i didn’t have much time to practice, don’t have a minus one for my accompaniment and national costume to wear. But Praise God! I was able to download an accompaniment from YouTube and a goodhearted lady frm my embassy lend me her top Filipiniana blouse and my mom has a black dress…so that’s the story of my outfit hahaha. Before the crowd and together with the famous singers of the participating countries, I really felt I was like David facing the “Giants”. But God is so great! “Greater is He that is in me than he that is in this world”! Thank you to all of you who prayed with me.
